   All rates are quoted in US$ net per villa (not per person) per night, with the following benefits:
   – Airport pick-up service upon arrival with private air-conditioned vehicle
   – Personalized check-in service in the villa upon arrival
   – Refreshing welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival
   – In villa daily breakfast for two person per room
   – Daily villa cleaning
   – Wi-Fi internet connection
   – Personalized check-out service in the villa upon departure
   – Airport drop-off service upon departure with private air-conditioned vehicle (for minimum 3 nights stay)
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 – August 31.
   Peak season period: December 20 – January 10.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH/PEAK season: 5 nights.
3. Villa Capacity
   Maximum occupancy is two persons per room.
